What to include

• A problem with a tool: the tool name, your browser and, if you can, a sample file you are allowed to share. Files you process in the browser never reach us, so we cannot see them otherwise.
• Account, billing or a refund: the e-mail address of your account. Never send your password, a recovery code or a full API key.
• The HTTP API: the endpoint, the HTTP status and the error code from the JSON response.
• A Business plan or higher API volume: what you need and roughly how many operations a month.
• A privacy request (access, correction, deletion): say which account it concerns. You can also delete your account yourself on the account page.
